When you place your order via our website, we will endeavour to process it the same day for dispatch the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm may not be processed until the following day. This is subject to all items being available. If we have to wait for an item to come into stock, we will contact you as appropriate.
UK delivery is free for all orders over £75 (up to 20kg).
Packages up to 1kg will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post:

Orders over 20kg are by special arrangement, please contact us to arrange this on 01926 854783.

For EU and non EU addresses orders will be sent by airmail for parcels up to 2kg. We cannot send parcels above this weight outside of the UK. We can split a larger order in to separate orders. Please contact us to arrange this.
For UK addresses orders are sent next working day by first class post – please allow 21 days for delivery. For EU and outside of EU addresses orders are sent next working day via airmail – please allow 28 days for delivery.
Please note that we cannot replace a missing parcel until the 21 days (UK) or 28 days (outside of UK) has elapsed.
All UK transactions will be completed within 30 days unless we contact you to arrange otherwise. Transactions outside of the UK may take longer than this.
Returns
If you change your mind about a product you can return the product unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods and we will issue a full refund. In this case you will be responsible for the cost of postage. In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged or opened, please contact us immediately and we will replace your order.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty we will issue a full refund and cover the cost of return postage.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days
